I need a freelance expert to help configure and fix our Noggin platform, primarily the Incident and Hazard modules.

Key Tasks:
- Setting up forms (Incident and Hazard)
- Configuring workflows (to be determined)
- Conditional visibility setup
- Fixing form submission issues (details pending)
