Net Zero carbon Foot print service

We have an Umbrco website v8. We wish to use a back end excel spreadsheet to be used and represented as a front end tool for users. We also need the user to be able to store thier saved information from the excel and re start another version over a year / two/ three year period.

Looking for a freelancer who can create this as part of a wider project.
