Need to get some web infos

There is a portal or site that the population use it and it has personal info of citizens, so for example if i go make the vaccine on the hostiptal they have a a system from this website i think shendetesia.gov.al anf it has a portal or something like that after making the vaccine i think that they put the info on this site coronavirus.shendetesia.gov.al that what i have got info till now its connected with e-albania.gov.al afyer puting the info of the vaccinated citizen it go public automatically on e-albania.al that is the public site of the citizens
