Need an experienced Data analyst to consult

Is this platform trash, or am I doing it wrong? So far, my impression of this site after over a year is that it's a garbage website full of spam/scammers. Is there any one that's making consistent money on this platform? I'll need to consult with you for advise. I'm a data analyst who's an expert in Excel. Also use R, a bit of Python, and learning SQL/Power BI Thanks.
