MySQL User Data Storage Database Creation

I'm looking for an experienced database developer to build a MySQL database system primarily for user data storage of key contact information for customers and potential . The basic fields will be uploaded from an excel spread sheet monthly into dedicated fields in the database and then the other fields will be updated manually. Reports must be capable of being generated based on the fields selected in the database.The data will be manually entered, so the system should be designed with this in mind, ensuring ease of use and data integrity.
