MongoDB Expert for Database Optimization

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB database administrator to optimize and manage our database. The ideal candidate should have expertise in:

✅ Indexing, replication, and sharding strategies
✅ Backup and recovery solutions
✅ Monitoring and troubleshooting database issues
✅ Security best practices
✅ Providing ongoing support and maintenance

Responsibilities:
? Analyze and improve database performance
? Implement best practices for indexing, queries, and schema design
? Set up and maintain backups and failover strategies
? Monitor database health and resolve issues as they arise
? Offer recommendations for scaling and future growth
? Provide ongoing support and assistance as needed

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience managing MongoDB databases
✔ Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
✔ Strong understanding of NoSQL database structures and queries
✔ Ability to communicate effectively and provide documentation
✔ Availability for ongoing support and troubleshooting
