Limited Search Engine Creation for Kids

I am trying to upgrade a website and perhaps even rebrand. If and only if you have the technical expertise to do the following, contact me:

1. Create a search engine that crawls through approximately 20 websites

2. Make this search engine kid friendly and visually appealing

3. Make the first few links or times accessed free, the others for subscribers

4. Create a database with similar properties as 1-3

5. Embed kid friendly quizzes to content searched

6. Create system similar to Captain Up!
