Large SQL Azure DBA Needed

I'm in need of an experienced SQL Azure DBA to manage our large database. Your role will involve database administration, performance tuning, as well as backup and recovery tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Administration: You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our database, including monitoring, security, and user management.
- Performance Tuning: Our database is moderately critical to our operations, so you will need to implement strategies to enhance its performance.
- Backup and Recovery: In the event of data loss or corruption, it will be your responsibility to restore the database to a usable state.
