LAWCAS CRM & Database Optimization Support

As an active user of the LAWCAS CRM system, I am looking for an experienced freelancer proficient in CRM support, specifically within LAWCAS. The goal of this project is threefold:
1. Enhance my Client, Case and Document Management Features
- I need someone who can expand and streamline these features to better serve my business. The freelancer should be particularly adept at generating and working with large data sets.
2. Database Optimization and Troubleshooting
- I have been encountering some complications with my current database. I require assistance in migrating, optimizing and troubleshooting these issues for smoother operations. Any experience with comparable data challenges will be a plus.
3. Generation of Performance Reports
- Lastly, assistance is required in creating comprehensive performance reports from the LAWCAS CRM.
Ideal candidate will have experience working with LAWCAS or similar CRM systems, strong skills in database optimization and a demonstrated ability to generate meaningful performance reports. Efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to task completion are of utmost importance for this role. You will work directly with me, and clear, open communication is imperative.
