HubSpot Email Marketing & CRM Setup

I need a freelancer to help me set up and integrate my HubSpot account for my business.
Key Tasks:
- Establish and configure Email Marketing: As I'm not currently using any email marketing platform, I need help setting up this feature within HubSpot. This includes designing email templates, setting up email sequences, and ensuring deliverability.
- CRM Integration: The main goal here is to enhance our customer relationship management practices. This will involve setting up and configuring the HubSpot CRM tool, and integrating it with our existing systems and processes.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with HubSpot: You should have a strong background in working with HubSpot, understanding its features, and its implementation in both email marketing and CRM.
- Email Marketing Experience: A background in email marketing will be a major advantage, as you'll need to set up and run my email campaigns effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in enhancing customer relationships through CRM systems is a must.
- Proactivity: I'm looking for someone who can proactively suggest strategies and improvements, rather than just following instructions.
