Help me synchronise 2 product catalogues

Hello,
I have created a shopify site with about 4000 product references. For each product, I have created a barcode. I need help exporting these barcodes to another CRM where the product references are slightly different. For example on shopify my product reference is 12345 ABCNN.NE1234 and on the other CRM the same product reference is 12345 ABCNN NE1234 (or the other way round)
Looking for an excel or CSV expert.
