Generate Secure DB Access Links

I have a web-based application almost ready to roll out; the only item still missing is a set of secure database access links that my front-end can call for standard user-login sessions. I need those links built, verified, and handed over together with any connection strings or tokens that go with them so that end-users can sign in without ever touching elevated credentials.
