Fix WordPress Quote Form Downtime

Each week the quote form that pulls pricing data from our database goes offline with a “database connection error,” and visitors can’t submit quotes until I manually reset the form. I haven’t spotted any consistent trigger—traffic, updates, and other routine events don’t seem to correlate—so I need a fresh set of eyes to trace and eliminate the root cause.

Another freelancer supposedly fixed this permanently, but it keeps on happening again and again.
