Fix PerfexCRM SaaS Tenants

I urgently need someone to dive into my PerfexCRM SaaS installation and restore normal tenant provisioning. Tenants are not being created at all since I performed a recent software update, and there is no error message thrown to point me in the right direction.
You’ll need solid knowledge of PerfexCRM, its SaaS module, PHP / CodeIgniter, and database troubleshooting so we can get new accounts spinning up again without touching existing client data.
Deliverables
• Identify the root cause of the failed tenant-creation flow
• Patch the codebase or configuration so new tenants are generated and fully usable
• Work needs to be done urgently, no time for setting up locally
