Fix C# MySQL Connectivity

My C#/.NET desktop app suddenly throws “Error connecting to the server: DB query attempt failed”. I’d like you to hop on AnyDesk or TeamViewer, trace the fault, and leave me with a clean, stable build that talks to MySQL flawlessly again.
Here’s what I expect from the engagement:
• Diagnose and correct the faulty connection string, query, or DLL reference causing the exception.
• Apply any required updates to the MySQL database itself—schema tweaks, data corrections, or user-permission fixes—so the app can read/write without issues.
• Compile the project on your side, run it live with me watching, and prove every CRUD action works.
• Walk me through each change (code and database) so I can reproduce the fix later.
You’ll need solid C#/.NET debugging experience, comfort with MySQL administration tools (Workbench, MySQL Connector/NET, or similar), and a knack for remote troubleshooting. Once we see the app launch and operate error-free, the job is done.
