Fix ASEOLEDB Driver Issue

I have custom software that uses a connection string in order to access a database running on another computer that its networked with.
I have this software running at other locations just fine.
I'm getting an error that the ASEOLEDB driver is not registered on the local machine.

I've installed SQL Anywhere which usually installs the driver, but I'm still getting the error.
I've also installed Sybase central but no luck.
I need someone who can fix this problem by logging into the computer remotely.
I'll give a 10 rating for good work.
