Email Contact Files Cleanup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a variety of contacts stored under 6 different emails in different systems: Outlook 365, work emails, gmails, yahoos, my phone Samsung S20 FE 5g, etc. Outlook is my primary contact system but discrepancies/differences have crept in over time between these different systems, so they are no longer properly synchronized.
I wish to synchronize all these different contacts and set things up so that they will be synced in the future too. I believe this project entails clean-up work with automated database tools and establishing the proper settings in my desktop/laptop computers and phone, as follows:
• Remove duplicate records.
• Merge information from multiple records that belong to the same contact, e.g., there may be a work contact record and home contact record for the same person.
• Remove duplicate items within the same record, e.g., the same phone number may display as both work and mobile.
• Categories or groups for some contacts are present in some systems but missing in others, e.g., my phone has 40 Accounting category/group contacts but Outlook only has 27 in the Accounting category.
• There may be other cleanup issues that I haven’t thought of but you should advise and handle.
• There are anywhere from 3,500 to 6,500 contact records in each system but I believe only about 3,500-4,000 are unique contacts across all the systems.
I can export the different contact files into csv filetypes while Samsung, using its SmartSwitch app can also additionally export into an spbm filetype, if you wish.
I would appreciate your cost/time bid and suggestions for issues that need to be addressed.
