EMR Data Analysis & Optimization

I need a skilled freelancer to assist with data analysis, reporting, and optimization within an Access or Excel database. Key tasks include:

- Analyzing and organizing data pulled from our Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This includes patient demographics, treatment and medication data, predictive reports, marketing referral source data, among others.
- Setting-up the database for easy reporting and data pulls.
- Implementing automation features to allow our full-time team of data/excel beginners to quickly construct a report giving us what we need in a timely and friendly viewing manner.

Ideal freelancer should be adept in data analysis, automation and optimization, with experience in Excel or Access databases. Knowledge of EMR's would be a plus, however our team can pull all the data that needs to be manipulated via an access database or excel.
