Paradigm prides itself on being a data driven organisation, however, critical to that objective is ensuring data held on our Asset Management and Energy Efficiency database is up to date and accurate.

We are currently investing in a new Housing Management Database Civica CX and have recently purchased a specialist domestic energy efficiency system ‘Portofolio'. This role involves working closely with both systems to enable the Asset Decarbonisation Team to understand the energy efficiency, to help prepare programmes property assessments, programmes of works and on completion update records and prepare progress reports.
