Data Analyst
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Work Experience
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a technical setting and analyst role
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Competencies
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, presentation, problem-solving and facilitation skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proven track record with requirement gathering, mapping business logics to functionalities needs.
• Experience creating technical specifications, BRDs, test plans, test cases
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
• Data analysis proficiency with SQL or Python, Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in understanding data analysis visualization and interpretation
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Good understanding on data exploration, data cleansing, data extraction, transformation and loading processes
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Visio, PowerPoint
• Experience in data management and data analysis in relational databases and in the latest 3rd party data analytic software
• Solid experience in the administration, enhancement and testing of applications to ensure support of ongoing business priorities and system integrity
• Demonstrated ability to be creative and innovative in finding ways for technology to support business needs that will provide strategic and measurable contributions to business results
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage activities with varying priorities
• Knowledge of modern data technologies (eg MS Azure) is preferred Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Pharma/healthcare industry expertise is preferred, but not essential
• Experience in a regulatory or non-profit environment would be beneficial
