DBA expert needed

I'm looking for an expert DBA to help with a project related to moving data from an existing MySQL-based database to a new database system. Both database have different structure, table and datatype. I'm looking for someone with experience and expertise in MySQL, as well as a strong knowledge of best practices when it comes to data migration.
