DATABASE CREATED PREFERABLY ACCESS BUT OPEN

I am looking for an experienced database designer to create a database with extensive data management capabilities. The type of database preferred is open to any database but preferably Access. The primary function of the database will be data management. It will be used by more than 5 users. Experienced applicants should be knowledgeable in the design, implementation, and maintenance of various database systems, as well as skilled in making decisions about database structure, access, and performance. The successful candidate must also be able to identify user needs, develop solutions, document processes, and analyze the data generated from the database.
