Customer Database Update

I am a real estate agent using KW (Keller Williams Realty) Command as a CRM. I have 2000 contacts, but a majority of them need to be "tagged" (possibly re-tagged?) properly and neighborhoods added into their contact folder. I need someone who KNOWS their way around KW Command. I want each contact to called and asked to verify their information and preferred means of contact. Each profile must be completed and updated (in KW Command) including what their CURRENT real estate needs are. *Note: anyone tagged as an "agent" will be excluded from this.
