Create a database

I have several realestate documents of realestate pin numbers and lot number owned by several owners. We are looking for someone to transpose from the paper print outs and list the owner names, the pin number and the lot numbers associated by owner. In other words, we are looking for the number of lots owned by each named owner. What owner names are associated to lots and pin numbers.
