Competitor analysis

I would like to monitor weekly the competition by checking in 10 locations (1 time/week) the condition they apply in the market.

Check to be done in the following websites:
https://deliveroo.it/
https://www.justeat.it/
https://www.ubereats.com/

For the three competitor, we need to check the:
- Delivery fee they apply when displaying an order
- Minimum basket size (to display the orrder)
- Delivery fee they charge

We would like to perform this check 1 time/week in 10 different cities to understand the differences.
