Bulgarian Data Extraction from Btrieve/Pervasive PSQL

We are looking for an experienced database specialist who can read and extract data from Btrieve / Pervasive PSQL (.DAT) files.
The data is in Bulgarian language, so it is essential to preserve Cyrillic characters correctly during extraction.
The final data must be delivered in CSV or Excel format with proper encoding (Windows-1251 / CP1251) to ensure correct display of Bulgarian text.
Process:
We will first provide a sample .DAT file.
You must successfully open and extract the data using your own tools or environment (Btrieve, Pervasive PSQL, Actian Zen, etc.).
Once you provide proof that you can read the data (for example, a screenshot or CSV sample showing readable Cyrillic text),
we will send the entire database.
You will then extract all tables and deliver them back as structured CSV or Excel files.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Btrieve, Pervasive PSQL, or Actian Zen databases
Ability to handle legacy database files (.DAT + .DDF)
Correctly configure Bulgarian Cyrillic encoding (Windows-1251)
Deliver clean, readable data with preserved field names and structure
Deliverables:
Proof of successful extraction from the sample file (CSV or screenshot)
Full export of all tables from the provided dataset
Correct Cyrillic encoding (Windows-1251 / CP1251)
Short technical note explaining how extraction was performed
