Build Robust SQL Customer Database

I need a seasoned SQL administrator to design and implement a complete customer-information database for a small company. The system will exclusively handle customer records, so the schema must be streamlined yet future-proof, covering everything from contact details and account status to interaction notes. I’ll rely on you to set up all core CRUD operations—creating, reading, updating, and deleting records—through well-structured stored procedures or views, whichever best fits the design.

Although the workload will be modest (fewer than ten people connected at any one time), I still want solid indexing and sensible normalization so response time stays snappy and maintenance remains simple. Concurrency controls, backups, and basic user-permission tiers should be baked in from day one.

Deliverables need to include:
• An ERD or similar visual that explains the schema
• All SQL scripts to create tables, constraints, indexes, users, and roles
• Sample data plus brief documentation that shows how to run each CRUD routine and validate results
