Biotime Upgrade & Data Integrity Assurance

I need professional assistance to upgrade our Biotime application from 8.5.3 to 9.5 on our cloud server (Windows Server 2019 Standard). The database is PostgreSQL, and the software is currently connected to six ZKTeco fingerprint machines.

Key tasks:
- Perform the upgrade while ensuring all data and records are retained without any loss.
- Assess and confirm the compatibility of our ZKTeco fingerprint machines with Biotime 9.5.
- Provide solutions to mitigate risks of data loss and corruption during the upgrade process.

I am particularly worried about potential data loss, as we currently do not have a backup plan in place for our PostgreSQL database.

Ideal candidates for this job should have:
