Backend Developer for ELT Project

We have built scrappers to get data from 5 different real estate websites. We now need to build out a backend to store, clean/dedupe, transform and preprocess data.
We are looking for someone to setup and manage our databases and processing
Record size around 100 million rows
We will be using the data for ML training and general analysis (what city had the most sales in January?)
