Azure sql MI .bak database Restore

I have a small (under 1 GB) SQL Server backup that I need running in Azure. Nothing is provisioned yet, so I’m looking for an expert who can spin up an Azure SQL Managed Instance from scratch, move the .bak into the correct storage, and restore it so I can log in with SSMS and see the data exactly as it exists in the backup.

You will need to handle the full deployment: creating the managed instance, configuring networking, setting up storage or an Azure Blob container for the .bak, and performing the restore—whether you prefer SSMS, Azure CLI, T-SQL, or a combination. At the end, the database should be online, accessible from my public IP (or via a private endpoint if that proves simpler), with a brief hand-off document so I can repeat the process later if needed.

Deliverables
• A running Azure SQL Managed Instance containing my restored database
• Connection information (server name, admin credentials, firewall or VNet settings)
• A short step-by-step summary of what you did
