Azure SQL Server Database Administrator

I'm seeking a seasoned Azure Database Administrator with a sharp understanding of SQL Server. We would like to hire our on an "as needed" basis. Essentially, we are looking to have someone look over our current setup and help optimize. We would want an ongoing relationship where this individual would check in occasionally to monitor our traffic flow and adjust accordingly.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Data administration and optimization: Effectively manage and optimize our database system for peak performance. I expect you to have substantial experience in SQL Server administration, data modeling, and query optimization.

- Security management and user access control: Ensuring user access is secure and properly regulated is essential. I need someone with experience establishing robust security measures and effective user access controls.

You will be administering between 1 to 3 databases. Demonstrable past experience in performing these functions is mandatory. Your superior communication skills and attention to detail will set you apart in this project.
