Introduction
We Grow Webshops is a fast-growing organization, fully focused on helping local webshops scale abroad through smart, international distribution and marketing solutions. As the number of partners, clients and shipments to Southern Europa has increased vastly, we have expanded to Spain and opened a warehouse for e-commerce fulfillment in 2021. We are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to replace our current Operations Manager during a period of leave.
Period
We are looking for a replacement during the leave of our current Operations Manager, for the following period:
Mid August until Mid October 2022
1st of December 2022 until 1st of March 2023
Exact start and end dates could be discussed and mutually agreed.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Perform all operational processes within the warehouse on a daily basis: inbound flow, outbound flow & stock/warehouse management., administered in our WMS software.
Carrier Management
Manage and handle all the operational contacts with the carriers we are working with.
Reporting
Generate operational (performance) reports and join frequent update meetings with the entire We Grow Webshops team.
Administration
Responsible for the day to day administrational tasks.
Competences and requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (English at least on intermediate level)
Relevant working experience in warehousing and/or logistics
Experienced in working with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Well organized and able to create and maintain a structured way of working
Responsible and able to work autonomously
Drivers License B
Able to work on a freelance/contractor basis
Job conditions
We hire on a freelance/contractor basis
Fulltime, 5 days/week
