Power BI Developer Required

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and other technical teams to ensure data-driven decisions and efficient reporting systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Data Analysis and Reporting:*
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Power BI to meet business needs.

- *Data Modeling:*
- Develop and maintain complex data models in Power BI, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Perform data transformations using Power Query (M) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for reporting and analysis.

- *ETL Process:*
- Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to bring in data from different sources (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.).
- Ensure data quality and integrity in reports and visualizations.
- *Collaboration:*
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and visualizations.
- Train and support business users in using Power BI effectively.

- *Performance Optimization:*
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring that reports load quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, especially for large datasets.

- *Maintenance and Updates:*
- Maintain and update Power BI reports as new business needs arise.
- Implement regular updates for datasets, reports, and dashboards based on user feedback and changes in data sources.
