Expert Data Modeller Needed for a project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a data modeller to design a database model for an inspection/reporting project. The Database modeler must have expert level modelling skills, able to create flexible and performant data model designs (Operational (Transactional) and Reporting (Star) models.
Data modellering skillset minimum 8/10.
In brief, the project is to create a data model to support inspection of various types of organisations. The inspections are essentially a list of questions that are asked. The inspection can be carried out at various levels of the organisation, e.g. for a hospital, it may be a ward in the hospital, the hospital itself. This needs to be very flexible to setup as different organisations will have different structures. The model /system should be designed to capture these structures and their heirarchies (e.g. Trust has many hospital, hospitals has many wards etc. Flexibility to do an audit at any level of the organisation. The current data model doesn’t support this, and inspections can only be done at a single level (e.g. wards). We would like to be able to do an audit/inspection at any level such as hospital, ward, trust etc.
Also, we need to be able to report on all hospitals within a given site, geographic region or across the organisation.
These are some of the key requirements that the data model must support, will talk through the rest as we engage.

1. Robust data model (top priority)
2. Simple front end to test the scenarious (capture and report various org heirarchies)
