Dashboard and BI Reports

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a dashboard and BI reports for my project. Here are the details:

Data Visualization:
- I need to visualize operations data in the dashboard and reports.
- Existing database is built on Mongo DB

Metrics and KPIs:
- I have specific metrics in mind that I would like to track in the dashboard and reports.

Preferred BI Tool:
- I prefer to use Power BI for the dashboard and reports.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in data visualization and creating BI reports.
- Proficiency in using Tableau any any other tools
- Ability to understand and implement specific metrics and KPIs.
- Attention to detail and ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
