Building modeling

I'm struggling to extract a huge dataset from oracle to sql server ,
trying to extract the data and transform it and load it into sql server in order to build dashboard using power bi.
I would like to get someone who will assist me in this project , I will pay for him no problem with that , the most important thing for me is learning from the project .
we will work remotely .
