3D data display of points and image overlays using any freeware

Dear Freelancer,

I'd like to have a data visualization (using only freeware) that alows to:
1. Display a 3D pointcould interactively (zoom-in, zoom-out, transpose)
2. Plot 2D planes of userdifined dimensions within the same display (all orientations: horizontal, top-view, oblique. The sections will always be rectengular)
3. Overlay png files on the 2D planes

I've tried my own way using ipyvolume in jupytr notebook, which promisses to be usefull for interactive display.
I can provide that preliminary code. However, using jupyter is not essential. Any other working solution is just as fine. No java please. Thanks in advance!
