Zoho Projects Dashboard Customization

I need an experienced Zoho Projects specialist to turn the default reporting area into a set of meaningful, easy-to-read dashboards. My main focus is customization—specifically custom reports and dashboards that quickly surface the metrics my team relies on every day.

Here’s what I want to walk away with:
• Tailored visual dashboards inside Zoho Projects that highlight project progress, task status, and any other KPIs you recommend once you review our current setup.
• Custom report templates I can refresh at any time without touching the underlying configuration.
• Clear documentation (or a short Loom video) so my team understands how to access, filter, and modify the new views.
