Zoho Analytics Workshop Dashboard

I need a complete analytics workspace — built in Zoho Analytics, available to me both in the Cloud interface and on-premise — that visualises everything happening in my workshop management system. All raw information already lives in an MS-SQL database; you will connect directly to that data source, model it as required, and create an interactive dashboard that lets me slice, drill and export insights without touching the underlying tables.

Core expectations
• Set up secure, automated data sync from MSSQL to Zoho Analytics (cloud and local).
• Design clean, fast-loading reports and a single-page summary dashboard that highlights our workshop KPIs.
• Make sure every chart, pivot or KPI widget works identically in the cloud and the on-prem deployment.
• Document the data model and give me a short hand-over call or video explaining how to add new fields or filters later on.

The project is finished when the dashboard is live in both environments, refreshes without errors, and numbers reconcile with the source database.
