Workday Dashboard & Course Loader
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an experienced Workday HCM specialist to bulk-load roughly 10,000 LinkedIn Learning courses into our tenant and surface the data through clean, interactive dashboards. The catalogue has to be split into four clear buckets—three are already defined (Technical Skills, Soft Skills, Management Skills) while the fourth can be agreed once you review the content mix and advise on the most logical grouping.
Within Workday you will:
• Mass-upload the course objects, making sure each record is mapped to the correct category and learning attributes.
• Configure any required security, domain permissions and calculated fields so the courses publish smoothly to workers’ learning plans.
• Build interactive dashboards (Workday report writer + Discovery Boards or Prism if you prefer) that let me slice results by category, drill into individual course performance and track adoption over time. Although I haven’t locked the exact KPIs yet, completion rate and engagement will almost certainly be in scope, so structure the reporting model with that flexibility in mind.
Deliverables accepted when:
1. All 10,000 courses appear in Workday Learning with accurate metadata and category tagging.
2. Four dashboards load in under five seconds and support drill-through to worker-level detail.
3. I can export the visuals to PDF and schedule them via Workday’s native distribution options.
If you have prior experience importing LinkedIn Learning content or designing Discovery Board dashboards, let’s talk; I’d like to start as soon as we finalise the fourth category.
