Word & Excel VA Support

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can jump straight into two ongoing document streams: a series of Word-based manuals/guides and several Excel models that feed those guides with data-driven visuals.

On the Word side, you’ll take my rough drafts and polish them—consistent paragraph and heading styles, clean tables, headers/footers that auto-update, and smart use of mail merge when a guide needs to be personalised. I also need reusable templates created so the next manual is as simple as drop-in-content-and-go.

In Excel, the priority is accuracy and clarity. You’ll build and troubleshoot formulas and functions that pull the right numbers, then turn the outputs into concise charts that slot neatly into the Word manuals. The charts must stay linked so updated data refreshes the visuals without extra work on my end.

You’ll receive the raw text, data sets, and a short style brief. Your deliverables are the finished Word manual (or template) and the companion Excel file, both error-free and ready to share. If this sounds like your daily bread, let’s get started.
