IS Usage Poster & Reflection

I need help turning one week of personal information-system activity into an academic package. For seven consecutive days I will jot down every meaningful interaction I have with specific software, but I want the process organised from the start. My preferred medium is a digital journal—Word or Excel feels natural—so please set up a working file for me. I am open to a hybrid approach: supply a clear template I can follow yet still leave room for me to adapt columns or add notes when something unexpected crops up.

Once the week is complete, I’ll hand you the journal so you can mine it for usage patterns, trends and standout observations. From that data you will design a single-page A3 landscape academic poster that communicates the findings visually and concisely. Strong data-visualisation skills in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Illustrator or similar will be essential so the poster looks conference-ready—not merely a stretched slide.

Finally, I need a 400-word reflective discussion that connects what the data says about my habits to my personal growth, study techniques and future professional practice. It should read in my voice, reference key insights from the poster, and flow logically without padding.

Deliverables

Acceptance criteria
• Data on the poster must align exactly with the journal entries
• Poster visuals remain clear when printed at full A3 size
