Urgent Structured Data Cleaning & Reporting

I have several spreadsheets and database exports that first need to be cleaned—deduping, typo fixes, consistent formats, and accurate joins—before moving straight into analysis. Once the data is reliable, I want clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics, trends, and any outliers. Think pivot-table summaries, dynamic charts, and an executive-ready PDF or slide deck that I can share the same day it’s finished.

Because I selected “Structured data,” you’ll be working entirely with tabular information (CSV, Excel, or SQL dumps). The scope is focused on “Generate reports and visualizations,” so forecasting models are out of scope for now; speed and presentation quality are the priorities. Turnaround is ASAP: I intend to review an initial cleaned dataset and draft visuals within the first 24 hours, with a polished package delivered shortly thereafter.

Deliverables (must-have):
• A cleaned, documented master dataset in its original file format
• At least three interactive or static visualizations (bar/line charts, heat maps, or similar)
• A concise written summary or slide deck highlighting findings, supported by screenshots of each visualization

Acceptance criteria:
• No missing or duplicate records remain, and data types are consistent across columns
• Visuals accurately reflect the underlying numbers and update automatically if the data is refreshed
• Final files open without errors in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets (your choice, just name it upfront)
