Translate Simbiology asthma ODE model to R/mrgsolve
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a published SimBiology implementation of the ODE model described in “Integrated systems modeling of severe asthma: Exploration of IL-33/ST2 antagonism.” I now need the same model running in R with mrgsolve.
Model files are in the supplemental material.
Deliverables
• An .cpp mrgsolve model file and a small driver script (R) that compiles, simulates time-courses, and reproduces the reference figures (Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Supplementary Figure S1)
• A brief README documenting code structure, unit conversions, and any assumptions made.
• Verification plots or tables demonstrating that simulated outputs overlay (or match within numeric tolerance) the SimBiology outputs in the publication.
