Test Results Dashboard POC & Build

I need a two-stage engagement that will take us from idea to a working test-results dashboard:

Stage 1 – Proof of Concept
• Explore several options—PowerBI, PractiTest, a lightweight custom webpage, and any other tool you believe is worth reviewing.
• Produce a visual mock-up that shows how a user selects a build number and instantly sees automation and manual test results.
• Recommend the database or data store you would pair with each option and briefly outline hosting, licensing, and maintenance implications. Prefer MySQL or MongoDB.
• Deliverable: short report + clickable prototype or screenshots that let stakeholders compare the alternatives side by side.

Stage 2 – Implementation
• Build the chosen solution, creating the database schema and API hooks required to capture both automated and manual run data.
• Design the dashboard views exactly as approved in Stage 1.
• Add a simple fallback mechanism that copies raw results to Confluence (or another wiki-style space) so data is still accessible if the main database becomes unavailable.
• Provide concise setup instructions and a hand-off demo.

What I’m looking for in your proposal
• A detailed plan that shows how you will tackle each stage, expected tool stack, and timelines.
• Examples of any similar dashboards, reporting portals, or data-visualization work you have delivered.
