Smartsheet Project Progress Dashboards

I maintain several project sheets in Smartsheet and now need a set of live dashboards that instantly tell me where every task stands and whether we are on schedule. The heart of the build is a clear, visual summary of task-by-task completion and key timeline milestones, shown mainly through bar charts and other straightforward graphs.

You will connect to my existing sheets, design the necessary summary reports, and feed those reports into one or more interactive dashboards. I want to be able to filter by project, phase, and owner, then drill down into the underlying row data with a single click. No manual updates—everything must refresh automatically.

Deliverables
• Smartsheet reports that consolidate task completion status and timeline/deadline fields
• One or more dashboards displaying that data with bar charts and related graphical widgets
• Basic colour-coding and conditional formatting so late or at-risk items stand out
• A brief hand-off call or video walkthrough so I know how to tweak filters and add future projects
