Smartsheet Hub & Dashboard Redesign
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need an experienced Smartsheet specialist to take a collection of existing sheets and transform them into a unified solution — a central Hub with connected dashboards and data-capture forms. The primary purpose of the dashboard is to give my team an at-a-glance view of project progress and timelines, so clean Gantt-style visuals, status indicators, and forecast widgets are essential.
Key metrics will revolve around our Congress Conference stats, so the build must let us track those figures in real time alongside the wider project schedule. I’m open to every Smartsheet visualisation option available; charts & graphs, tables & lists, and even interactive map widgets should all be used where they add clarity.
Scope
• Re-structure existing sheets into a logical workspace hierarchy.
• Create a Hub page that links users to dashboards, reports, and forms.
• Design intuitive forms for data entry that feed directly into the underlying sheets.
• Build an interactive dashboard showcasing project timelines and the conference KPIs, with drill-downs and filters for quick insight.
• Configure permissions so stakeholders see only what they need.
Acceptance
The solution will be considered complete when:
1. All legacy sheets feed the new Hub without data loss.
2. Dashboard loads quickly and displays live project status and Congress Conference stats at a glance.
3. Forms submit data accurately and reflect immediately in the visuals.
4. I receive a short hand-off guide or walk-through recording explaining the structure, so I can maintain it going forward.
If you’ve delivered Smartsheet workspaces like this before and can start soon, let’s talk.
