Six Sigma Certification Presentation Design

Job ID: 40567430

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have already run my Six Sigma project and collected all the data; what I now need is a clear, certification-ready PowerPoint deck that tells the story from problem statement through to verified results.

Scope of work
• Structure the slides so that the problem statement and objectives open the narrative, followed by concise data analysis and findings, and close with the improvement plan, implemented controls, and measurable results.
• Translate my raw data into clean charts, graphs, images or process diagrams, and summary tables that can be understood at a glance.
• Keep the look professional and consistent with typical Lean Six Sigma expectations (DMAIC headings, tollgate style optional).
• Hand back the editable .pptx file so I can make any last-minute tweaks before submission.

Acceptance criteria
1. Approximately 15–20 well-laid-out slides (final count may vary once the story flows).
2. At least one visual aid—chart, diagram, or table—supporting each project phase.
3. All figures sourced directly from the data I supply; no placeholder numbers.
4. Final file opens flawlessly in the latest PowerPoint version.

If you are comfortable turning analytics into visuals and can hit a crisp, executive tone, let me know what you need from me to get started—I can share datasets, project notes, and any branding guidelines immediately.
