Sheets-AppSheet Inventory Dashboard Build

I need an experienced AppSheet + Google Sheets developer to design and build a complete inventory management system.
The system should let me manage ~4,000 physical products, each with a unique UPC barcode, and assign them to bins or shelves with QR codes.
The app must work seamlessly on mobile devices (for scanning and photo capture) and sync automatically with Google Sheets.
Core Features Required
Build a clean Google Sheets database structure (Items, Bins, Transactions, etc.)
Design and build the AppSheet app interface for phone/tablet use
Support barcode/QR code scanning for:
Product UPC (as Item_ID or SKU)
Bin location QR (for shelf/bin assignment)
Allow taking product photos using phone camera
Display product image, quantity, and bin in main list view
Track Stock In / Stock Out with date, time, and user
Auto-update “Last Modified” timestamps
Generate printable QR labels for bins and items
Simple dashboard (e.g., total items, low-stock alerts)
