Job: Sales Dashboard Developer (Hapana Data)

Description:
We’re a wellness business looking for a freelancer to build a **clean, decision-focused sales dashboard using data from our booking softwware Hapana.

The goal is to give management clear visibility on revenue, utilisation, and conversion performance — with simple, actionable insights.

Scope:
* Extract and structure data from Hapana
* Build a dashboard (Google Sheets / Looker Studio preferred)
* Include Week-on-Week and Month-on-Month comparisons
* Ensure dashboard is easy to update and maintain
* Provide a walkthrough upon completion

Key Metrics to Include:
* Total revenue (daily / weekly / monthly) + breakdown (recurring, drop-ins, packages, ClassPass, retail)
* Active memberships (#) and recurring revenue ($)
* Trials per week + conversion rates
* Utilisation (% booked vs capacity, attendance, no-shows)
* Sales activity (# of drop-ins, packages, ClassPass visits)
* Sales mix (%) – pie chart
* Time-based insights (best / worst performing days)

Requirements:
* Experience building dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)
* Comfortable working with CRM / booking platform data
* Strong data structuring + visualisation skills
* Able to present insights simply and clearly
